Présenté comme totalement sans danger, ce substitue au tabac pourrait être un moyen d’attirer les jeunes vers un “vrai tabagisme”. Mais voter une loi va-t-il vraiment empêcher nos enfants de s’en procurer. On sait qu’il est très facile pour un mineur de se fournir un paquet de cigarette chez un buraliste. Les bureaux de tabac vont-ils vraiment appliquer cette loi ?
